Travelers are not responsible for wear and tear to the vehicle.
Wear and tear includes, but is not limited to damages such as scratches, minor nicks or cuts in bumpers, body damage less than 4 inches in diameter. Cracks, cuts, tears or stains that are less than 2 inches may be considered wear and tear. Wear to tire tread depth is not covered by the Oskcar coverage. Cuts, impact damage, punctures and other sudden and direct losses to tires are not considered wear and tear and are the financial responsibility of the Traveler.
Oskcar reserves the right to determine if damage is wear and tear as well to if the Traveler is financially responsbile.
