Returning the car to the CarHost late without advance notice is a violation of our terms. The Traveler is responsible for returning the car at the scheduled drop-off time. If the Traveler is more than 30 minutes late, please contact Ask Oskcar via chat in the app or by phone at 1-833-267-5927 so we can resolve any late returns. The Traveler is charged a minimum $50.00 late fee or more for late returns that are not pre-arranged.
