Look for any dents, scratches or other physical damage. This ensures that the Traveler is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
However, if the condition of the car is not to the Traveler’s expectation, contact Ask Oskcar immediately via chat in the app or by phone at 1-833-267-5927 to cancel the reservation and make a new reservation.
