There can be a few reasons you may be having issues


        ○ Phone screen dirty/can’t be read. Try cleaning your screen and scan again. 


        ○ The phone is not at correct distance or angle. Try a slightly different position. 


        ○ The QR code reader may not be functioning correctly.
