Wear and Tear - There are inherent risk when entering into the car sharing marketplace. One of those risks is accelerated wear and tear. Damages at or under $500 are generally considered wear and tear are not covered by Oskcar.
Lost Reservation Income - If a CarHost's vehicle is damaged and being repaired or replaced due to a Reservation, Oskcar does not provide reimbursement for any potential loss of reservation income.
Damage due to Earthquake or Flood - Damages caused by acts of god such as floods and earthquakes are not covered by Oskcar.
Repair Quality - Oskcar does not guarantee, expressed or implied, for the quality of repairs related to damages due to a Reservation. If a shop repairs the covered damage and the repairs later turn out be of low quality, there will be no coverage for repeat repairs.
Pre-existing Damage - Oskcar does not provide coverage for any damages determined to be pre-exiting the CarHost's drop off.
Mechanical Failure/Deterioration - Oskcar does not provide coverage for repairs or replacement due to any mechanical failure, breakdown or deterioration.
Coverage Duration - Oskcar does not provide coverage for any physical damage prior to CarHost's Drop Off or after the Traveler's Drop Off.
Aftermarket Equipment - Oskcar does not provide coverage for any aftermarket parts, accessories, wraps or decals.
Violations - Oskcar does not provide coverage for any damage that occurs where a CarHost or Traveler is in violation of the terms of service.
Personal Items - Oskcar does not provide coverage for any personal items left,lost or damaged in the vehicle.
