Oskcar requires that each CarHost inspects the vehicle then snap and upload 5 pictures on the app before taking back possession of the vehicle (all four exterior sides and interior dashboard with the mileage showing). Look for any dents, scratches or other physical damage.
However, if there is an issue with the condition of the vehicle, contact Ask Oskcar via chat in the app or by phone at 1-833-267-5927 no greater than 24 hours after the reservation end time to make a report.
