There are inherent risks associated with entering into the car rental marketplace. One of those is the potential for accelerated wear.
Wear and tear includes, but is not limited to damages such as scratches, minor nicks or cuts in bumpers, body damage less than 4 inches in diameter. Cracks, cuts, tears or stains that are less than 2 inches may be considered wear and tear. Cuts, impact damage, punctures and other sudden and direct losses to tires are not considered wear and tear. Wear to tire tread depth is not covered by the Oskcar coverage.
As a rule of thumb, damages less than $500 are considered wear and tear and are not considered for coverage. Oskcar reserves the right to determine if damage is wear and tear as well to if coverage applies.
